The question includes if not the answer but its ground. The Association was established by fair market players interested in civilized and stable development of Russian cement industry. Association of Cement Suppliers and Consumers is non-commercial company in the form of association uniting entities - cement market players.

The Association establishes business contacts with Russian and foreign state authorities, commercial and non-commercial organizations.

The key business activities are uniting the companies, players of Russian cement manufacturing, sales, and consumption markets and assistance to civilized development of the  markets in Russia.

The task of the Association is to crate predictable conditions in the market in order to no company, no matter whether it is a manufacturer, a consumer, or a trader, will loose. We have to learn to live in peace with each other.
